this is my favorite gluten free brownie mix so far. much better than trader joes, and betty crockers. im still searching for "the best" who knows maybe this will end up being it.
its more cakey than fudgey. but good. next time i'll add butterscotch chips
I had no idea you were diagnosed with Celiac! My really good friend out here in LR has it too and she is so strong. I don't think I could do it. I'm glad that they have more options now! I hope that this is a quick transition into gluten free. Miss you!
