pamelas brownie mix

this is my favorite gluten free brownie mix so far. much better than trader joes, and betty crockers. im still searching for "the best" who knows maybe this will end up being it.

its more cakey than fudgey. but good. next time i'll add butterscotch chips

mexican stirfry and green chili rice

tonight i had to make do with what we had in the house, which was pretty much nothing fresh. So with a little of this and a little of that....wahla!

stirfry
1 can black beans
1 can corn
small can ortega chilis
2 chicken breasts cut in chunks
traders joes habenero and lime salsa
mexican seasonings..... taco seasoning, garlic powder, chili powder, onion etc etc

stir fry chicken first when slightly underdone add other ingredients

rice
2 cups white rice
1/2 cup trader joes green salsa
ortega chilis
1 or 2 limes
garlic powder
3 cups water

combine all ingredients cook in rice cooker
